Where do you ship?
We currently deliver across Nepal, with our main fulfillment center located right here in Kathmandu.
How long does delivery usually take?
Deliveries within the Kathmandu Valley typically take 1-2 business days. For orders outside the valley, please allow 3-5 business days for your items to arrive.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed you will get tracking link and code also after dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.
I ordered the wrong size. How do I exchange it?
No problem! Simply email us at infolavie2@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.
